Join us for an exclusive book signing event on May 9th from 11:30-2:00 pm, where author Pat Branning will be at Rhodes Home & Gift to sign your own copy of her new book Shrimp, Collards & Grits Anniversary Edition. She will also have samples of her delicious recipes for you to taste!

Pat Branning is an evangelist for Southern culture, a joyful teller of tales, and a preservationist. She is the self-published best-selling author of seven books, all filled with recipes, fine art, and stories of the Lowcountry. Pat’s influence extends beyond her beautiful books. She is a prolific writer for magazines and periodicals, including The Local Palate, Deep South Magazine, and Charleston Style and Design. But her journey didn’t stop there. She took on the role of editor, creating her own magazine distributed in Whole Foods and fine grocery stores across the South from here to Texas. This venture has now evolved into an online twice-weekly publication, patbranning.substack.com where she continues to share her insights and experiences.
